Don't Know What Is Going On?

Today I received a letter of resignation from my zone staff, and she told she is getting sick of the job, salary low (less then 900), 24hrs standby and have to do night shift just bcos 1 fellow resign. HR suppose to employ a new person and the guy never turned up for work. Who will work if you pay them so low, have to do nightshift and also 12hrs shift work? And the most funny thing I ever heard, night shift allowance is only $10 per day.

Then the company asked for help, get some of the senior's to come in to filled in the gap but 3 person tender bcos of this and some other seniors are excused from night shift bcos they threatened to resign. So now 3 stafff just tender and I guess we all have to cover each other's hole .. KNN. Apparently the GM said two weeks ago, "just cover 3 days" but now become 5 days, and in their appointment letter never stated they have to work night shift. It seems is pissing alot of people off because of this.

I also get pissed off cos they plan the schedule without informing me and next I am short of staff, HARRRRROW!!! Can they check with me before they plan the schedule??

Next more interesting, 1 HR staff throw me a dart when I went back to office to pick up a document, saying "Hey can you reply the email asap, why so slow in replying"?
Harrow you idiot, our site cannot access to email, I can only do it when I am in the office or at home. KNN it seems they don't know WTF is going on man ........

Pissed for the day

GM today ask the staff to call and asked me to head down to Rochor Centre to update some program. Apparently rainning cats and dogs, so I reply can I go later after the rain stopped? Then you know what was his reply? He insisted I go NOW !!!!

KNN CCB .. I just ask can go later due to the heavy pour and he reply in that manner? I am really pissed but I still have to go, lan lan.

So I walk from Bugis with an umbrella and by the time I reach there, I am really very wet due to the wind, i am really pissed with this MFCCB...... after spending 10mins in Rochor the rain stopped, to be frank no difference actually why bother to rush over, seriously ... sometimes I wonder is he HUMAN ??

Should I Stay or Should I Go?

Sorry I was busy recently doing some kind of work at the moment, on the job training. Now I start to question myself, am i suitable for this post?

I can say HR/PR matters not an issue but only setback I don't know much about technical but I am learning. Alot of things depending hands on.

Currently I am learning new things everyday in the company and I am trying to understand how does the Metrix system works be it Technical or Management, interesting but I have my reserve. Is been a long time I never have any test(assessment) since my secondary school dayz and I having assessment this coming week and I am getting nervous, I have to score at least min 85% to get into the company.

So should I stay or should I go????

Busy Bee

Wow ... kinda busy this week, just finished the Mercedez event and Wednesday noon heading up on a Cruise to DJ for the staff party. Only be back on Thursday night. And Saturday going to a friend's BBQ at Loyang so don't expect to see me at MOS or Zouk ya'.

What is going on?

Friday nite I pop by at a local club and happy to see those regulars at our gigs, frens and business contacts. But it seems I can't get into the mood of dancing, is it bcos all imported dj's are playing electro? Or am I getting old ?

Apparently I left the place at 2am and met a old fren who is Singaporean but working in KL as a DJ. Here goes our conversation:

G: How are you? Is been a long time never see you go up to KL?
Me: Nothing much just looking for a fulltime job and doing Trance gigs locally.

G: Trance & Hard Dance are rocking in KL!!!! So what the local trance punters into?
Me: ANTHEMS & ANTHEMS & ANTHEMS ... especially they are into Tiesto & vocal trance

G: Ohh Gosh .. KL clubbers are not into that and they are so upfront.
Me: Well end of the day we just make a living, rite ?

G: Take care ya and catch up soon.
Me: Cya soon, I am planning a trip up to meet up with the promoters and KL shufflers...
